MINISTRIES
CHRISTIAN EDUCATION/ BIBLE STUDIES
Develop and support the Christian education of the congregation, including Sunday School, Bible Studies, Children's Ministry and Youth Groups
MUSIC & WORSHIP
Coordinate and support the music and worship program of the church, working directly with pastor, staff and lay leadership
STEWARDSHIP
Promote an active stewardship program within the church so all members are encouraged to contribute time, talent and treasure to support the work of the church

PROPERTY
Oversight and responsibility for improvements and maintenance of the church, school buildings and grounds
CONGREGATIONAL CARE
Assist the pastor and staff in visiting the sick and homebound, providing assistance when needed, including support for our college students and funerals at RLC
FELLOWSHIP
Coordinate fellowship programs and activities to support a wide range of interests within the congregation and provide the opportunity to make new friends
MISSIONS
Enlist, guide and train members in the mission and benevolence programs of the church, including El Salvador, Love Inc., First Lutheran Inglewood, Family Promise and Habitat for Humanity
OUTREACH
Seek ways to bring school and community families into the knowledge and fellowship of Jesus Christ, providing activities sponsored by the church to serve our church, our school and our community
